This morning we left De Grey river and drove to Point Samson. On the way we stopped at Port Hedland and had morning tea. We saw a dolphin and watched a ship come in. We saw a really long train. We left Port Hedland and drove a couple more hours to Point Samson. We went for a drive after we set up the caravan. We went to Wickham and went to a lookout and a beach. We saw some big mining trucks and other machines. We saw another really long train and it was probably bigger than the one we saw in Port Hedland. We went back to Point Samson and went to the beach and counted 11 ships. We went back to the caravan park and watched a movie.

This morning we went to Karratha but we went past it and we to Dampier. On the way we saw some salt lakes and some of them had salt in it. We went for a drive around Dampier and had lunch. We went to the gas factory and we saw some pipes with fire coming out of them and they looked like giant candles. We went to a beach and it didn't have any sand but it had lots of shells instead. We left and went to Karratha. We went for a drive and that was it. We went back to Point Samson and went to Cossack which is a town that nobody lives in anymore because it kept getting destroyed by cyclones. We went to a lookout and went back to the caravan park.
